Good place with free wi-fi, ski storage, and a sauna. The staff even helped me with bug spray during my first stay. I highly recommend it for a cozy experience. I'm coming back for New Year!

The staff was very helpful and they even left us the keys on the check-in desk when we arrived late at night. The location and terasse were superb.
Breakfast is the same every day, but variable enough for 3 days.

Clean, spacious, comfy beds. Quiet but still in heart of town. Friendly . Atached to hire/service shop also owned by hotel
No toileteres. No soap even to wash hands, no shower gel etc. No one around to ask for any. Reception closes at 6 and you're stuck if you need anything

While the breakfast was excellent, some guests pointed out a lack of variety over several days with repetitive options, like tinned fruits. I found the room decor a bit dated, and the floors creaked underfoot, which could be disruptive. Storage for luggage before check-in seemed a little chaotic, and I noticed that some rooms might not have the same quality, leaving a mixed impression.

Breakfast variety great, large rooms with mountain views. Convenient ski storage accessible after a day on the slopes.
Floor in room noisy, could benefit from more bathroom privacy features. The balcony lacked a parasol for shade.

The atmosphere of the hotel was cozy and
Cute. I particularly appreciated the cleanliness and warmth of the staff. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of options, though the balcony in our room could have used some shade. We were always greeted with smiles and helpful service.

When I arrived at the hotel I found the check in service totally absent. I was astounded. On entering with my family, I found two women, supposedly receptionists, shouting at the tops of their voices, while running about trying to organize themselves. We were kept waiting in the dining room for 45 minutes while our apartment was hurriedly prepared. We discovered that our apartment (we had not booked an apartment!) was at the back of the hotel in the private/staff quarters, adjacent to the laundry. Our entry/exit was via the tradesmen's entrance, and the musty corridor leading to where we had breakfast, was constantly laden with shopping trolleys full of laundry. When booking the holiday we booked two en-suite rooms for 5 of us. Instead we got what is probably a ski instructors apartment, with one only one bathroom. The advantage was that we could use the small living and kitchen area that was provided, this saved having too go through the hotel each time you wanted to go and relax and have a drink. The disadvantage was that we were out the main body of the hotel in a flat that only had one bathroom and a litany of defects. In the bathroom there was a crack in the toilet, the sink was blocked (it took them 3 days to unblock it) and there was mold growing on the ceiling above the shower. Not a great start. The general hygiene in the flat was again disgraceful. The rugs on the floor were caked in dirt, the carpet in the bedrooms had large stains all over them, and windows sills had I don't know what on them. The bedrooms were poorly presented, one of them had no bed-side lights. Also one of the doors to the rooms did not properly shut. The bar that is stated on the website, I never saw open or in use through-out the whole week. A minor issue amongst the many. Frankly, it is the worst hotel/hostel I have ever been too. If you are tempted to go there, please think again!!!!!!

Exceptionally clean hotel and huge comfort queen room, which was amazing for me. The food was fine and the staff were immensely pleasant and excellent. The location was excellent, relatively near Ahornbahn Gondola.
